Redline GrowthTalk to Redline
Forward-deployed product & engineering

Close to the business.
Hands on the build.

We work alongside your team to turn commercial priorities into practical tools, workflows and action. Product management shapes the use case; engineering builds the solution; commercial judgment keeps the work tied to a worthwhile outcome.

Why Redline

Who does the work.
Who stands behind it.

Choose the team for the work you need done. These are fair questions to ask before bringing us in.

01

Why Redline instead of an in-house GTM engineer?

Dedicated senior capacity. A defined finish line.

An internal GTM engineer makes sense when you have a sustained roadmap and the capacity to support the role. Redline fits a commercial priority that needs experienced product, engineering and commercial judgment now.

We give the project focused senior attention while your team keeps the business running. We agree deliverables and acceptance criteria up front, with staged project payments tied to delivery and acceptance. Our incentive is to get useful work finished and accepted.

We can build alongside your GTM engineer or create a foundation for a future hire. Documentation, training and handoff can be included in the scope so your team can take the capability forward.

The question to ask

Is this a permanent role to fill, a defined project to deliver, or both?

02

Why Redline instead of another agency?

The senior people in the room are hands on the build.

We’re a boutique team of senior operators who work directly with management and stay involved in strategy, engineering and delivery. The people you meet at the start are the people you work with as the system is built.

Delivery stays with the Redline team you know. We do not hand the build to an offshore delivery team. You know who is making the decisions, who is building and who answers when something needs to change. Our reputation is attached to the work.

Experience matters in the decisions: which problem is worth solving, which signal deserves attention, when to simplify and what a seller will actually use. We bring that judgment into the engineering, with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.

The question to ask

Can you put this team alongside management and trust them to move the work forward?

03

Why bespoke intelligence if we already buy intent data?

Your strategy shapes the signals. Your sellers can inspect the evidence.

6sense, HubSpot and ZoomInfo can be useful inputs. If your current setup gives the team relevant coverage and actionable information, keep using it. Bespoke work earns its place when a commercial question still goes unanswered or the signals are not reaching sellers in a useful form.

We start with your priorities, choose and evaluate the relevant sources, and build the account logic around your products and how your team sells. That includes customer and pipeline exclusions, the evidence behind a priority and a clear owner for the next action. Existing intent data can be part of the system.

The output should show why an account surfaced: the source, when it was observed, what is known and what is inferred. Sellers help evaluate relevance and flag weak signals. A signal only earns its place if it helps them decide where to spend their time.

Access to a widely available signal is only a starting point. The advantage comes from the questions you ask, the evidence you combine and how well the resulting workflow fits your business.

The question to ask

Can the seller see why this account, why now and what to do next?

Engagement and operating options

01

Build alongside us.

Forward-deployed

Senior product and engineering expertise inside the work. Together we define the problem, agree success criteria, build a focused first release and evaluate it with the people who will use it.

02

Keep it useful.

Redline Managed

Ongoing operation, quality checks, maintenance and improvement. We agree how feedback, model or data changes and exceptions are handled; Redline operates the scoped system.

03

Make it yours to run.

Client-operated

Configuration, documentation, training and an agreed support model. Your team takes the system forward with clear ownership, access and operating responsibilities.

For PE operating partners

Give the value-creation plan
a place to start.

Pick one portfolio company and a commercial question its team needs to answer. Where is the untapped market? Which buyers are missing? What research or follow-up is slowing the sales motion?

01 / Choose

A business priority.
An accountable sponsor.

Agree the company, the commercial owner and a useful first scope. Establish the current process, available inputs and what progress would mean.

02 / Build & evaluate

Work inside
the operating company.

Build with the people who will use the output. Review coverage, quality and commercial usefulness against the agreed baseline before expanding the work.

03 / Decide what travels

Carry the method.
Respect the context.

Document the useful workflow and decide what can be adapted elsewhere. Each company keeps its own data, systems, market assumptions and operating decisions.

Start with the business problem

What is the team
trying to get done?

The priority. Where the work gets stuck. What a useful result looks like. Bring that to the conversation; we’ll work through a practical first scope together.
