Scale the prospecting.
Keep the judgment.
Your best people know who matters, what to notice and how to open a conversation. We turn that judgment into a prospecting operation: researched audiences, reliable contact data and coordinated outreach that earns its place in someone’s inbox.
Follow a prospect through the workflowThink programmatic.
Write like a person.
Apply the discipline of programmatic advertising to prospecting: define the audience, remove the wrong people, control frequency and learn from response. Then do the harder work—understand the individual, the timing and the reason your offer belongs in the conversation.
We connect audience construction, employment checks and email and phone enrichment waterfalls with research, writing, review and follow-up. The aim is to extend your team’s prospecting capacity while keeping its standards intact.
The work behind
a message worth sending.
A reason to include. A reason to exclude.
A fictional operations consultancy wants to reach finance leaders at logistics businesses expanding into new markets.
- Include
- Relevant sector, expansion context and a finance decision-maker.
- Exclude
- Current customers, open opportunities, opted-out contacts and accounts owned by another active motion.
Start with an addressable audience—not every record a database returns.
A deliverable address can still reach the wrong person.
A directory lists a previous employer. Another source suggests a new role. More data does not resolve the disagreement on its own.
- Check
- Current role and employer; record where and when the evidence was found.
- Enrich
- Use successive providers for missing email and phone coverage. Verify, deduplicate and retain provenance.
Hold conflicting records for review. Missing evidence is a reason to pause.
What happened? Why does it matter to this buyer?
For a prospect whose role has been confirmed, a company announcement describes an expansion. That is context to investigate, not proof that they want to buy.
- Observed
- The company has announced a new market entry.
- Hypothesis
- A larger operating footprint may make planning more complex. A person reviews whether that connects credibly to the offer.
Keep the source, the interpretation and the unanswered question separate.
Your voice. Their context. One credible opening.
A draft combines the sender’s approved offer and language with the prospect’s role and the company’s public context.
- Illustrative draft
- Saw the new-market announcement. Have you decided which costs stay local and which sit with the wider network? We use a one-page checklist to pressure-test that before budgets are locked. Happy to send it if that’s useful.
- Review
- Check the source and every implied claim. Confirm the offered checklist exists and is useful. Remove invented familiarity and personalization that adds no value.
A polished sentence is not enough. The premise has to earn the message.
A conversation should change the workflow.
The reviewed message enters an agreed sequence. Follow-up depends on what the person does and what the account owner knows.
- Coordinate
- Email sequencing, LinkedIn research or manual tasks, and a phone task when appropriate. Set pacing and ownership.
- Respond
- Pause the sequence on a reply, route the conversation to its owner and suppress opt-outs. Track meaningful replies, meetings and opportunities.
Scale the preparation and coordination. Give people ownership of the relationship.
Illustrative workflow and fictional copy, not a client engagement or reported result. Sources, channel permissions, review gates and operating controls are agreed for each implementation.
Automation should carry
your standards with it.
Frontier models help research and draft. Connected tools move the data. Where appropriate, computer-use workflows support steps in browser-based systems. We scope access, review and failure handling around the actual job.
The writing starts with the sender’s voice, the buyer’s responsibilities, the company’s context and an offer the sender can stand behind. Human review challenges the premise as well as the wording. A first name and an AI-generated compliment are not a reason to reach out.
We design the operating controls alongside the outreach: suppression, sending limits, reply handling, opt-out handling and clear escalation when a record or message needs a person. Brand and personal reputation belong in the brief from day one.

Build the audience.
Give every conversation a reason.
An anonymous engagement combined sender infrastructure, prospect research, email and LinkedIn outreach, territory refinement and seller preparation. Conference follow-up produced the clearest documented result.
Inside the engagement147 targeted contacts. 18 meaningful replies. Seven to eight meetings. Four opportunities.
July 2026 client engagement review. Open opportunity value, not closed revenue. These results describe the conference program, not every campaign in the engagement.Start with one audience.
Earn the right to expand.
Choose a priority audience, an offer and an accountable sales owner. Define what belongs on the list, what a good message looks like and what should stop a send. Review a sample before scaling.
Measure contact quality, meaningful replies, meetings and opportunities alongside bounce, opt-out and complaint signals. Use the evidence to decide what to improve, pause or expand.
